Take a drive down memory lane and

check out the classic cars at the Bear Paw Classic Car Show.  Mercury’s Model T’s, Mustangs and more classics will be on hand Friday, July 11 from 6 – 9 pm on Business Boulevard adjacent to Valley River Center.

Check out some of the finest street machines in Alaska.  This free drive down memory lane is co-sponsored by the Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce & the Sport Car Club of America. Check out the Best Imports, Best Truck, Best Street Machine, Best Sports Car, and many more.

There are no entry fees or admission for vehicles or for spectators.  Registration is at the event. Business Blvd closes at 6pm & staging within the Road Closure will begin at that time.  Please plan to arrive at 6pm and follow the stagers instructions on placement of your vehicle along Business Boulevard. Judging begins Friday evening at 7:00 pm.  Trophy presentation will be at 8:30 pm.  Enjoy the music from the “cruise” era and the wheels that were!

Road Rally / SOLO Championships & SOLO Drags

The SCCA Road Rally will be held on Tuesday, July 8th. Meeting & registration of all entrants willat the UAA/CER Building at 6:15pm. Race begins at 7:00pm

Saturday July 12th - the SOLO Championship Competition at Alaska Raceway Park

Sunday July 13 - SOLO Drags at Alaska Raceway Park
